Thank you for sharing very valuable information. As Iam very new to this I ahve couple more questions:

After winning in auction and payment of 75%, what is the process?
Will it be a normal registration from bda or will it be allotment letter?
If its normal registration, should the buyer need to ararnge for registration?
Registration fees and all the bribes at registration office etc., should be handled by buyer ?
As per rules buyer has to deduct 1% TDS for transaction above 50L. So should buyer deduct this from 75% payment to BDA
For paying the tax buyer needs BDA PAN number. Will it be given by BDA?

How do you know you have Won the Bid? Is there a Confirmation Email/ Phone Call? When do we start transferring the 25% Money?

Hi All,

Could anyone tell me how the bidder comes to know he has won the site in e-auction process. Will BDA sends email to the registered id. E-Proc website was down during last 15 minutes. No updates post that. Also, is there anyway in our profile management tab we can verify whether we have won or lost the bid?

Thanks!

Yes you get confirmation email from BDA. You can call BDA E-Auction division and ask them.
