Hi,
This is sreenivas
I am planning to take a site 40*60 here.
But I am afraid whether the plot I am going to take is in litigation!

The reseller mentioned that our plot comes under survey number 29.
But I am not sure whether what he gave is the right information.

How would I find the correct survey number?
And which survey numbers are in litigation?

Please help me get the correct details.

Regards,
Naga Sreenivas

to make sure that your plot comes in tat sy.no, you need to have

village map
Survey Sketch
Atlas..

using which you can make sure that your site falls in tat.. Regarding litigation, you have to contact some of the ppl who are staying in tat layout..

You can get survey done from surveyor to confirm which survey number site falls in.

don't take such risk; there is no development at all in this layout from past 3 years; so please go for some other area; try BCMC Layout next to bcc layout.

there is no development in that area since most of people who have brought sites are residing in bylanes of chamarajapete, srinagar, NR colony and would not budge out from their rented/own houses there
their sons/daughters have settled in USA or other parts of the world so they are not interested in constructing a house in immediate future.
Therefore, there are very less houses in that area.
in last 2+ years, I have seen around 20 houses added in the locality which is similar issue in BSK 6th stg or other BDA layouts.
Land litigation is always a problem, be it BDA layout or private layout.
Even apartments are not spared of this problem. Its a problem with the system ! house owners have to live with it.
