Good Lawyer for checking property documents

Hello Team ,

I have seen a layout which is DC COnverted and also BIAPPA approved.
I have also got the documents verified by a lawyer and he has given me a green signal for it.However i would like to recheck it before i go ahead with this deal.
can anybody here recommend me a good lawyer in bangalore who can throughly check the documents and the layout completely.i need a lawyer who can physically check the layout and also take personal interest in checking the documents.

first step is check out the whether the developer is the actual land owner or just a GPA holder of that Land.
Avoid any layouts developed by the GPA Holders.

I think our admin introduced lawyer in this forum know as Mr Murali, I guess contact of the advocate is also shared, he will be our best guide in this reagrds, but if the bank is approving the loan than they have the team ( private investigation agency) to visit the site physically and analyse the site and disuss with owner and before sanctioning thre loan.
