I would like to have the BBMP Guidance Value chart for the BBMP areas.
Is there any online option to see the same?

Hi,
Check this once: http://www.karigr.org/
You can see a link called 'Market Values'. It gives some details about government's valuation per area.
But I'm not quite sure if the data is up-to date.

Hi ,
For obtaining the guidance value in specific area you could go to the Sub registrar office of that area and give a written request for issuing you a copy of the Guidance value chart for that area.
10 days from your date of request you will get the guidance chart.
Actually as per the law they have Computer KIOSK's set up in every sub registrar office where you can directly go and see the guidance value. I have used this KIOSK in tier 2 cities but in Bangalore Sub registrar offices these are not working!!
