Vijayalakshmi Enclcave near Hemmigepura off NICE Road

A new BDA approved layout is coming up near Hemmigepura.
Name of the layout is "Vijayalakshmi Enclave".

I wanted to check if anybody else has heard about this or invested in this property?
How is the builder? Is it good to buy sites in this layout?
And how much appreciation can I expect after 5 years or 10 years?
