Bescom connection - 500 sq mt borderline

My construction, as my architect measures is about 490sq mt. But bescom guys measure it as 520sq mt and are asking me for huge _____ or go for a transformer(because it exceeds 500sq mt)

Can someone pls guide me how to go about this? Do they punish border line cases that much?

Pretty normal, do not cause seepage, as far as i Know. They would get covered by painting.

Tavara is pretty good, slightly expensive..the msand is of perfect roughness for concrete work..robo had fine dust..(but Mason says that dust is good to prevent cracks) Tavara always unloads at odd hours of the night or early morning, as they come from TN...while unloading, they would damage the com...

Exactly.. Electrical or plumbing groove cutting is far easier in red bricks vs solid blocks. Other than that, it should have no major issues I have seen one such building in similar fashion. It doesn't look well at least till plastering. Also where ever red bricks meet cement bricks , chances of wal...

Assume that you don't need to build only ground floor, you can avoid pillars, and save significantly on the costs.. only steel you would need is the roof.. If you have stone available locally for cheap, go with it for the exterior walls.. OR, you can for home built out if shipping container..many ar...

Frankly, there is no way out of bribe..if you delay and ignore they will reduce..what they are asking you is quite nominal I waited 1 year for plan approval,. Visiting them every other day . they reduced bribe by half..it is lot of effort. Everytime we unload sand, or get RMC, we have to pay police ...

Thank you so much.. my electrician says that AE doesn't talk to us directly and need to go through licensed electrical contractor (LEC).. my electrician isn't one.. Yes it's 5400 sq ft and not 8000 sq ft. There was a brief period during 3 years back where there was a relaxation provided for that rul...
