auction notice was posted in TOI dated 13 december. ad is in kannada. chandramouli

KHB has announced auction of a few corner sites in the suryanagar phase 1 layout scheduled for 26th december. they have not mentioned minimum bid price. can someone indicate the current rates in that area. i am not sure if KHB allotted houses or sites earlier. any updates on the same will be useful....

it was sometime back. i forget the exact name of the layout. if you turn to the left immediately after IIM on bannerghatta road and proceed a few hundred metres and take the first right turn you have reached the area i talked about. chandramouli

sorry biddappa. i made a wrong statement by mistake. i availed of a loan from city union bank. but i want to clarify that it was possible because their management team is family friend of ours. chandramouli

last time i checked about two months back i was told by a resident in that layout that it is a B khatha property but by making suitable payments it is possible to get an A khatha. i am not sure how legally valid such things are. chandramouli

in the list of unauthorized layouts listed by BDA in 2007 ( not updated since ) paramount gardens is included. better to check on this from BDA itself. chandramouli
