I believe the land is converted from agricultural land to other uses Earlier it used to be pretty good with greenary, and I heard it was a pretty good agricultural land too.

Long time back BBMP/BDA has given notification for widening the Banneraghatta road. So the Royal Hermitage front parks are going to be impacted because of this. Not sure if the builder has relinquished the land, w/o this, owners may not get any money towards the loss of the land.

Every owner should get a Kahata certificate. Original Land Khata will be bifurcated to the number of apartments.

I think they are the cladding stones. You can not simply construct the wall using those stones, you need to first build the wall with the normal brick and then use them for the cladding.
