I guess it should be other way. Like there should be a check on amount of investment NRI can make within stipulated time period, so that it will slightly bring control on NRI money inflow and helps market to correct!

Probably not a direct answer to your question. But recently, we had gotten documents for a property , where the allottment letter had mentioned one WP no - which means Writ Petition Number. BDA approval itself certifies it can be used for residential used. So you don't need DC conversion letter.

3500+ category is good sites only anjanapura 10th and 11th block, other block sites are less.

3500 is max, may be 100-200 more for best sites in entire anjanapura layout. So be aware if someone quoting any magical numbers.

I guess Similar to corner sites, some withhold(but intermediate sites) should also be Auctioned before alloting someone. May be all these gimmicks is to fool the law and finally enter these sites for alternative site allotment scam

For a seller, it is very difficult to recognize whether buyer is genuine buyer or re-seller. Sellers should make a point in agreement that final sale deed will be executed only with agreement holder name. Now that will put a break on re-sellers to start finding new buyers.

You can get survey done from surveyor to confirm which survey number site falls in.

All those site are intermediate one. BDA might auction corner sites later, think about what it might quote for corner site in future, may be it will cross 1L
