Hi I happen to hear in NRI layout and in and around Ramamurthy nagar most of them are revenue sites, but brokers saying they have B-Katha by which they are saying it belong to BBMP so no issues and they have tax paid receipts etc. Do anybody share is it so and what is implication in buying the sites...
