Anybody know what are these 70 / 30 layouts ? One of the RE agents told me that there are layouts where 70% of the sites are allotted as BDA approved and 30 % are pure BDA sites . Is there any problem in buying these kind of layouts ? Please share information if you have any ..

I heard that they have started , but am not sure and donno anybody who got it done either.

1100 is Anjanapura is a wrong information , AFAIK... I am kind of well connected with agents and some sellers in this area...so far, the lowest I heard in Anjanapura is in the range of 1500 for a reasonably good site...u may get sites for as low as Rs 1300 also , but they may not be attractive sites...

I personally feel that BDA layouts are anyday better that BDA approved ones as far as title is concerned...even the amneties provided by BDA is just fine , probably not great. I would prefer JP Nagar 8th phase 2nd block or 9th phase 7th block over Anjanapura 10th or 11th block

One of my colleagues told me the there is an industrial belt in this area notified by Govt. Though I dont have any confirmation on the same as well as not even sure if this is correct, just sharing it with you. Probably somebody else in this forum will have more details abt this ...

If you are fine with the distance to City ( About 11 kms to Jayanagar) then this should be a good option. BDA employees layout being next to this is an added benefit and I heard the Kauvery might come in this area first and u know the reason !!
