Agree Awin. Litigation case is in Court of Civil Judge(jr div) Bangalore Rural District.

Price to get justice seem to be pretty high. The guy who has put a case is showing an intent to settle it out of court. was told is looking for may be lakh rupees per site. If i go via court, then wait for 10 years. in years possibly 120 hearings. Each hearing 1k. i would end up shelling out 1.2 lak...

Land litigation case will atleast last 10 years or more. Generally how much do Lawyers charge for handling litigation case for 30*40 site.
Do they charge one time fee or we need to pay every year? If every year, how much do they generally charge?

Not sure if they would start collecting betterment charges in another 2 months for individual sites. i see quite a few houses being built on B khata or conditional A kahata. Does it mean they would have not taken approval from BBMP. what is the consequences if one constructs without approval of BBMP...

When so much of activities are going on, why dont you put plastic sheet/tarpulin to cover the granite. There is possibility of workers pulling the table/chair/ladder and end up damaging the flooring.
If at all there is way to protect the tiles, go ahead and protect them

Msn, i have not seen the document personally. But talking to few sellers, everybody claimed that they have absolute sale deed and no where in the deed it mentions any locking period. Just to corss veryify i have enquired atleast two KHB officials from hubli/dharwar about locking period. They say no ...
