Re: Bank interest rates on house loan for b khatha property
I see many people check with agents etc for going for bank loan for B-katha. That is actually not needed, you can directly go and meet the branch manager with title documents and verify legal and then get a plan approved. It may cost any thing between 20 to 40 K depending on the land size for the pr...

Re: College n boys hostel near to house is good or bad ?
Go for it if u r planing to build semi-commercial building else there would be a lot of traffic and night rules violations nearby which may be disturbing later. By personal suggestion is not to have house constructed very nearby in bangalore in below situations 1) Schools, colleges & hostels 2) Drai...

Re: Mathi and Ghana timber
Yes, Mathi is good for frames, its a really hard wood, Can be found in malnad areas depot.
In bangalore, the best option will be Neam for windows frames, since you cannot find good Mathi wood in bangalore.

Re: House Construction - Experience
Swamy, go with Texmo. I got it for 90K including installations, pipe and wires etc.
I Think 3/4HP 30-40 stage with 3 Phase is more than enough for 950 feet.
PM if u want more details, i will get the complete details from my bill.
