Have you got the approval of the plan ? Approached an engineer/consultant for this. He is quoting 80000/- for a 1000 sqft construction including AAI NOC. Please give your suggestion whether to go directly or go via this consultant

You can try for plots in Heritage city(HC) which comes after Hirnandani Upslace. I personally feel the location of HC is prime when compared to Hirnandani as it falls at the junction of 4 roads & right opposite to Jain temple Hill. Call prabhakar 9845888174 for more details on HC project.

FYI. I heard from reliable sources(couple of days back) that the an land issue pertaining to the Aerozona has be resolved which was lingering(blocking progress) around for some years now. This will enable Aerozona to go ahead with the plans of BIAPPA approval.Registration will start in 3-6 months ...
