This is definately not a BDA or a BBMP site. I think this is B khata but not 100% sure, I have been asking him to show the papers and will update once i get the same.

AFAIK,There are some banks like ICICI and HDFC which provide higher loans based on market value. They also scam you with all kinds on un-necessary fees.
