I've a site in Railway Bhavaninagar 2nd stage. Can anyone let me know the current market price there ?

I heard that the govt is increasing the guideline values of properties in bangalore. can anybody tell me what will be the effect on the market price of sites because of this.

what is the current price per sq.ft of 40x60 sites in Railway Bahavninagar 1st and 2nd stage.

One more risk may be that it may get trapped like Arkavathy and so will be your money.

You mean to say it is expensive than Railway layout now?

I enquired about the price of site at Railway Layout. They're quoting around 5000-5500 per sq.ft.
Can anyone let me know if this price is ok for investment purpose ?
