We talk again on a different thread. Did you check Kristal Morganite also ? The reason I am asking is that I tend to incline towards the builders who have been around for long time compared to the new ones.

From that pov, Kristal has been around for long. Not sure about Terracon or GM ...

May be it's worth waiting for them. How is nor developers? Also do you have any idea about prodevmco developers royal orchid project ?

I booked it in October 2009, prior to approval. Price was about 400. Please list me about the other layouts that you know of in that area.

I checked it out personally and booked a plot long time back (before approval). This is a good layout. Not sure if you want to pay 650/sqft.

You might get new projects up coming in the same area
