I am looking for BDA approved layouts in north bangalore near Vidyaranyapura , kodigehalli etc.

I came across Rajeev Gandhi nagar / NTI layout.

I heard/read there exists some legal issues with this layout.

Could anyone throw more light on this ?

In tax paid receipt if PID is there does it means A Khata ?
If PID is not there , is it B Khata ?
