Has any one informed BDA that they are not able to construct the house in BDA plot? If yes, what is the procedure to do so.

Few points I can think off:

1) Plan for the boundary wall and get it constructed asap to be on the safer side
2) Put a board indicating the owner name, trespassing not allowed, Not for SALE
3) Get a Copy of EC for your plot and check if everything is OK
4) Inform the neighbor to keep you posted of ...

I enquired about the project and I was told that it is a panchayat khata site, no approvals from BDA or BMRDA.
All plots are sold out except for 2. btw, with no approvals I am not considering this project.
