Is the bank OK with a 5 year home loan ? If so you have these options i. Go for a 10 or 15 yr loan but pre-close it in 5 yrs. RBI has instructed banks to not charge pre-closure charges. I learnt that this layout is not approved by BDA yet. and the developer has been served notice on 17(a). ie why was the illegal layout developed and to restore it to the original state as it is an unauthorized construction/development.
