Couple of Weeks back, i have visited a plot in Singasandra. Its a small layout named Wellington paradise. I really liked the plot.

I'm a newbie in terms of knowledge on Land rates. The land rate is around Rs1800/sqft.

Can someone share their opinion abt the land rate and creditability of the developer.
