6th Block - What can I expect?
Hi FOrumers,
I have an east facing 30*40 in BSK 6th Stage, 6th block. It is quite close to 100 ft road.
What ballpark rate can I expect if I were to sell it?
Thanks
Venkat

Re: Ready Made wardrobe or custom built
It is very difficult to repair any damage to wardrobe doors e.g. laminate chipping. Hence, go with readymade wardrobes for rental houses. You can dispose it off in about 10 years.

Re: bathroom layout
Aries31's advice is good. I have followed the same principle in my bathrooms as well. Keep the WC between the basin and the shower. You can put a small separator to keep the non shower area dry as well. You will need 2 drains on both sides of the separator.

Steel Security Door
Friends,
Did anyone recently install a steel security door? I am referring to ones that function as the actual door and not one that is placed in front of a regular wooden door. Please share details and cost.
Thanks,
Venkat

Re: Plywood for wardrobes
I bought Duro Ply BWR last week based on my carpenter's advice. It falls in medium cost category. I paid 43/sft for 6mm, 68 for 12 mm and 97 for 19 mm.

Any deals on bathroom shower fittings
Hi,
I am looking for info from members on following.
Combination price of shower + divertor + spout + washbasin tap.
Shops seem to have combinations wherein the combo is much cheaper than purchasing individually.
Thanks,
venkat
