For those who have paid 25 + 20 K, society has decided to return this amount (except membership fee). Society has decide to fund full amount by selling few plots in their possession. I received first part of installement + 10% interest.

Cauvery work is in progress.....

Any inputs on good and reliable hardware shop near Konanakunte. I am looking for purchasing sanitary and kitchen items as of now. Is it good to buy from Market? Is so, are there any good recommendations.

We are planning to use Ashirwad flow-guard cpvc pipes. I heard it is good! Any opinions?
Does it need additional insulation?

We are planning for the solar water heater location. We are planning to put the solar heater on the south side, just above the master bedroom slab, while the water tank is @ 10 feet height from the slab. I have been hearing a lot from my friend (not in construction industry) to go for manual process instead of RMC. I am looking at around 1100 SQFT area. What is the communities opinion?
