i would like to go for wooden flooring on stairs of my duplex house, which kind of wooden flooring is more durable (laminated/engineered/solid wood) and suit staircase area, if we opt for it are the staircase railings put before or after the flooring?

am little confused can you pls tell how the rates are calculated, as you mentioned in your post internal/external wall :10 per sqft is this rate for dimensions of the wall internal and external seperate or area wise calculation, what was your total area for plastering and the total labour cost

i was told 8k /100sqft for plastering is it a gud price am not sure, pls suggest
