Did you see that we can on more pay MUDA Tax online with the old portal?
They dont give you a place to pay the money. What I read is that MUDA has transferred the sites to Panchayat
so we will need to go to respective Panchayat office and pay.

Do any of you know which panchayath ...

I read that BDA will charge 10% penalty on the guidance value if you apply for Absolute sale-deed.

Looks like commercial area as Oxford college is about 7 or 8 sites away and I saw mostly business on that road

I was looking at selling it, so I noticed the size is not 50x80 as it is in meters it's coming to 3875 ...
