I just checked the "B.S.N.L Employee's Welfare House Building co-operative Society Ltd" website and seems to be a good project. Have you checked the credibility of the builder and member? Is it safe to invest?

The layout next to Health City is quoting a price of 1200/sqft. I heard it is first come first server basis in Health City so is there a probability that we pay all the money and site wont be alloted??

The builder is offering at a price of 1580/sqft (neg) and the BMRDA approvals has not come yet. The builder is asking for a 20% down payment and the EMI will start after the passion which is around 2 years.

Is it a good buy ...
