I dont think there will be problem with B katha... Check the Construction quality and Negotiate the price as less as possible.for sure u will get the loan... better consult 2 Lawyers for the leagal...I am also seeing plots in the same area

Hi I also come across this Lakeview garden.... The major problem is BAD smell around the area because of the Rampura lake. +ves are it is big layout and not much distance from ORR & Manyata. If Still interested, try to negotiate the price as less as possible... may be between 1800/- to 2k. i come ac...

Hi All, I am looking for plot near jubille college NRI layout,builder is quoting 2300-2500 per sqft.The builder has already obtained BBMP A khata.As per my visit there i found lot of water tanks roaming on the roads and suppose to drill 800 mts undergroud for water.Any other feedback and suggestion...
