Put a layer of POP on floor aftee granite and tiles are laid this POP will be removed only before you move in and will protect your floor from drops of hammer scratches etc. Wi coat some 10-20K depending on floor area but totally worth. It's off topic , but important. Always do wiring when you have doors installed. I had heard few cases of wire theft.

in our case it should not be a problem, we are living in ground floor already from few years and constructing duplex now from first floor. thanks for suggestion
