My cousin house in Mysore has this type of hander with different construction method. They have constructed in such a way that the smoke will go around the copper vessel (Hande) instead of directly to the ventilation pipe. Rain water can be used like any other water (borewell/Cauvery) provided.
a. If you keep your terrace clean.
b. Filters must be used

It is much cleaner than other water.

Agreed to above comments by other members. 1. Utility space is not planned. 2. In living area another window is required for cross ventilation. 3. Modify the Pooja room area to 3.6 x 5ft instead of 6.3x3.6ft, by doing so narrow space between living & dining can be increased. 4. If external staircase...

Not heard of any BBMP inspector visiting houses for property tax assessment. But we need to ensure actual areas to be specified in the self assessment form to avoid trouble from them in future.

If Khata is in your name, then you need to submit written application request to BBMP along with relevant docs (Khata,Khata extract Sale deed etc.). Instead of Netbanking, select the Credit/Debit card field.
