We have identified a site in JP Nagar 9th phase, 1st block. North facing, the price is Rs.2000/sq.ft (Non negotiable).

Please let me know whether the price is reasonable and is the area livable after few months? (It comes opp to HM world city).

we also faced the same problem, the person had executed a single sale deed for 2 adjacent sites. Since we wanted to buy only one , our lawyer has advised not to go for it, as only one of the owner of the 2 plots can have the mother sale deed, this will pose a problem in future if at all U want ...

we would like to buy a 30x40 bda site in jp nagar 8th phase or bda approved site in royal county / lake front.
