Its not too many people looking at this are. But any feedback would be really great.

Owner is quoting 4200 as final price for east facing 2400 sqft site. According to me 3500 was a fair price. But in my last few meeting 4000 looks like a defacto choice for owners. I have asked for a weeks time, any help would be great.

It was a west facing site, the rate finally quoted was 3750 per sqf, but the owner does want anything below 4000. I personally feel that i have made a bid for a rate higher than mkt rate of 3500. Want to fix on a site in Telecom, some of the owners are not coming down below 4000 per sqft even though its a BBMP A Khata.
BDA Khata sites are also quoting the same but in this case I have not spoken to the owner yet.

What is a fair price i Telecom for BDA khata sites.
