Is your plot having BBMP A khata? Then only the question comes about having the working plan approved.
I assume your site is having A Khata, so you start construction after getting the approved plan. I too followed the guidelines given in the forum for the plan approval. Thanks a lot to ...

Thanks for the info. But when I called up the builder for the details, he told he got the BDA approval. Because of my peronal reasons i didnt go further. I am shocked to see that still they didn't get the approval. Also on top of all these, he has increased the price by 200p/sft within a month.
