How common is air gap in plastering
It has been almost a year after my house construction and now I can see very thin air cracks in the wall and near the joints of compound walls. The cracks hair like in width but have a fairly good length. I confirmed that there is no crack in the wall itself and that no hollowness. You need to look ...

Re: Shortage of TamilNadu Sand
Ordered robo sand after waiting so long. Thought this will get resolved after the strike ended but nothing seems to be happening. Checked with few structural guys and verified robo sand is ok for roof concrete and went ahead. Need to see what happens. Anyone here used this before for roof concrete?

Even before the strike started we had problems since trucks were not allowed into our state. So the strike ending takes us back to that or will trucks be allowed now?

Re: Shortage of TamilNadu Sand
My contractor has given two options - manual mixing using robo sand or rmc - this is for roof concrete. Need to decide on which one to use since it does not look like the sand problem is going to end.

Re: Shortage of TamilNadu Sand
Even after paying premium the sand supplied seems to be a mix and not the best. So i am thinking wait or rmc are the only options for me.
