I dont know about this society. But, you should be very careful. There are more fraudulent transactions in mysore. In MUDA office last week, I came across incident where one person has sold sites to 400+ people and all documents and transactions fake. They will show some site which they may not own....

1. Visit the place yourself, look at the Sobha Garden layout and its surroundings. If you like the layout and its surrounding, then only decide.
2. After you buy, for whatever reason, assume you need money and decide to sell. It may take 1-2 years to find a buyer.

I have connected output of solar to instant geyser (3 ltr capacity). I dont change the valve in terrace during summer or winter. If solar water is not hot enough, we will switch on the geyser. This will also ensure that geyser is used to heat water which is already warm in solar heater.

It is nothing to do with a khata or b khata. Original land owner of survery no 7/2 has come after 15+ years claiming his land. Looks like, original land owner is trying to acquire sites. (trying to fence around 20-25 sites) If you own a site in this layout, please visit your sites and see if everything is OK.

Name of the station is misleading. Anjanapura township station is on main kanakapura road. It is around 100 mtrs after shell gas station, after talaghattapura. (just before nice road bust stop on main kanakapura road)
