Even I'm very disappointed to see no progress in layout's work..I follow up with their office and speak to madhavi every 2 months and i always hear 2 months story that all work will be completed in 2 months..I'm thinking sell my plot since nothing is happening from past 3 yrs.. recently in dec 2014 ...

I concur with Kiran4924. Even I called Madhuri somewhere in July and got the same reply. In fact she said they can refund the money that we paid but asked to wait for 2 more months.

Guys - Has anyone tried contacting duo management regarding the development of the layout? At least I'm trying to contact them but they are not responding and nobody is giving any information in their office. I visited the site and looks like there is no progress at all.

Shabini, I went via Basapura main road. I did not check the approach through begur lake. The security told me that basapura road is the only road right now to get to the layout. Prbably I should the other road when I visit next time..
