I purchased the FRP lid 28" x 28" 2T capacity for Rs.1850 from KR Market Wholesale store.. It's cheaper than local hardware shop.. They're keeping 2T and 5T capacity FRP in Ivory and Grey colour..

Simple point : if you think house has to be demolished for whatever reaaons then its value must be taken 5 lakhs (token amount ) or even zero.

Tile Measurements

I did Floor and Wall area measurements with my Engineer. In addition to actual area, he added 3% as wastage. My Civil engg friend is asking me to consider 12 to 15%. Store people are suggesting 10%. :roll: What's the typical wastage % to be considered??

1. Sump motor to water tank to install automatic water level controller. Some times it's installed inside EB Meter box.
