yes, 3rd block is growing very fast, Apartment construction is going on in 60ft road, i see already 20*30 sites adjacent to BDA compound is full. high potential area is 3rd block now. near to Mys road University metro station, Kengeri outer ring road, many schools near by. Thanks for the Information.

Better to go to BDA office and get the Information on the same instead of depending on online comments.
I have also checked with the many people and didn't get any credible response and my plot also near to this location.

Looks like tax payment is different for different block.I have paid for a 50*80 vacant site in 3rd block -Property Tax: 7362: Cess: 1766.88=Total Payment -9129

My site also there in 60 Feet road behind amma ashrama, is there any recent development in that area?. I have not visited there since long time.

I have checked the New Tax receipt for the year 2019-20 online for my site and BDA increased the Tax by almost 15%.
It is steep hike in the property tax and that also for the vacant land.
