Who is selling at 39 lakhs at 6th Block? The rates at 7th Block, which is just a walk from 6th Block is being quoted at 5000-5500/- per square feet. In other words, 7th Block rates are around 56-60 Lakhs, average for a 30x40 site. Any idea what is the guidance value at 6th Block? There is not one 30...
