What is the overall per sq ft cost incurred with this labor contract? Did you compare the cost of material contract?

I am planning to start the construction of my 30x40 west facing site in B.Narayanapura. The contractor is quoting Rs.1800 per Sqft for a G+2 as "material contract" (excluding few things like sump, compound wall , earth pit etc). Is it the current market price in this area?
