Does anyone know the Bescom charges / depsoit for 50KV requirement for a commercial ?

I am planning to build around 5000 SQFT of commercial space with 34KV power. Does Bescom ask for commencement certificate from BBMP to give approval for electricity ? Any know ?

I have been on a look look out for heat pump. Did anyone finalize so far ? Here is what I have finalized so far.

1.Jaguar heat pump - I dont know about quality and service.
2. AO Smith Air2Heat - Not sure about quality and service again.

As an update, I did not choose SS railing inside the house and went with a MS fabrication. It worked out very very cheap and design is also contemporary. I suggest everyone to look at MS fabrication instead of SS inside the house. SS seems to be over rated in my opinion.
