Any advice on how pro rata charges are calculated after latest amendment are welcome. My site is 1163 square feet and 108.04 sq. meter. Is the category of 1200 square feet now applicable to any site more than 108 square meter. As against paying for only 3rd floor as per site area less than 1200; my ...

rate for fixing doors

We have 15 doors, including 2 main doors.

For fitting lock , bolt and then fixing to frame the rate i'm quoted is 700 - 1000 per door.

Is this reasonable?

Thanks.

Doors- buying readymade versus carpenter

Dear members,

Any advice or suggestions are welcome, whether buying doors from shops or custom-making is the better option.

Any recommendations in North Bangalore are also welcome - our site is in Banaswadi.

Many thanks.

Tiling

Also,is it risky to go for 4*2 tiles, because of possibility of bends. Is 2*2 the best option? The layer i contacted charges 15/square feet for 2*2 and 2...

Hi, Am looking to purchase sanitary ware in Banaswadi area. Maruthi Ceramics offers 20% discount for HIndware.
