Hi,

You can use cement mortar 1:4 or 1:5 based on the wall thickness, if it is exposed masonry clean the joints on same day. latter you can use CM 1: 1 (Cement one part, Fine sand one part) for pointing, use pointing tool for the neat and clean job.

Hi, it is very true that the prices of Construction steel since ever touched the highest, this because there were lots of export these days & increasing local demand. the prices may come down if the government involve and regularize.

I had increased the parking size to around 14ft by pushing the bedroom to the corner of the plot, 14ft is good enough for parking expect SUV.
