I visited Sunny Green Woods(MS Shelters) BDA approved plots in Chikkananmangala(after Rayasandra lake). The layout looks nice and they have done most of the work.

They are quoting 4000rs per sqft. Anybody has visited this layout and any idea on the price. Any other inputs would be helpful

Which block the site is? Is this close to BDA waste processing plant?

4150 rs seems to be cheaper. I heard from 4500 to 5000 rs.
Again it depends on how close to the main road and houses built around the sites.
