today I found a speed post intimation . Tomorrow collecting. I suspect it may be from BDA. but My name was in provisional list. If the refund process started today means how it reached so early. Or is this post somthing else?

What is the reason they removed our name from provisional list

Today I got letter from BDA asking bank details.My name is in provisional list. Are they removed my name from final list. What is the reason.
