Had been to BBMP office to enquire about BBMP plan approval for a site which is DC converted for residential purpose and have " A khata" (not BDA or BDA approved site). Got an update that Govt fees including water conenction charges etc would come around 30,000 Rs for around 20Sq two floor ...
