I don't see any recent updates on Arkavathy layout in www.bdabangalore.org. What ever in there is from past 4 or 5 years.

I dont know your case but well there are couple of us who have been allotted a site , registered 5 years back and got the possession certificate yet don't know the location.When asked at bda they would point their fingers at farmers or supreme court verdict. Hope they will solve this issue now.
