Re: Initial funds required to start the construction of 2000

Hi Pratap, At the very outset, Congrats for starting to construct !!! Coming to your query, based on my limited knowledge, taking into account approvals cost + bribes as well, you need to have minimum of 15lacs in hand as initial funds. Banks give construction loan based on approved floor plan and u...

Re: How to construct Two 3BHK houses in 30x40 site

Hi Manju, Two 3BHKs on a smaller plot size like 30 * 40 is tricky. 1. You also need to think if situation demands (God forbid), if either of you or your brother wanted to sell your units, how easy it is without much complications. As rightly said, only G+2 permission is there with Stilt Floor(only C...

Re: How many Kitchens allowed on 60x40 BDA site

Hi Anand,

As far as i was told by one Engineer, BBMP gives approval for only 1 kitchen.
If you want more than 1 Kitchen approval you need to go to District Town Planning Authority.

For site of size 60 * 40 , you can get 3 kitchen approval.

Re: CDP Map and per.sq.ft Rate(New website )

Hi,

A great effort indeed.

Can someone explain how to understand this CDP Map.
Iam not able to get what do these color codings(Red/yellow/purple etc.) indicate?

Re: How many floors allowed on BDA site

Hi,

As i understand for site upto 60 * 40 = 2400 sqft, maximum of 4 floors(Stilt + 4 or G+3) can be constructed, but with plan approval only for 3 kitchens.

What are the things that seller/purchaser should be cautious from a broker so that they are not cheated? 3. What are the general tactics used by th...
