Or is it that the finger print scanner is actually on the remote and not on the lock? In that case, if you go out and s...

Re: Pressure Pump + Solar Heater

All major brands (Solarizer, Tata BP, Anu etc.) have pressurized solar water tanks in their portfolio. The cost difference between a normal solar water tank and a pressurized one is about 2 to 3 thousand rupees.

Re: New BDA layout plot allotment in 2013

mithung2000, You may want to re-ckeck on the calculations. The tanker guys don't charge minimum 1200-1500 per day, but it is based on the load - 4000 ltrs, 6000 ltrs etc. Not sure which area you are referring to where the minimum rate is 1200 (I'm aware that some areas do have this rate), but on an ...

Re: plumbing materials/water proof

JollyRogers, that's a nice piece of information. Thanks. Just to confirm, the bathroom where you plan to have the rain shower is on which floor? I'm given to understand that if the rain shower is to be put in a bathroom which has about 25 to 30 ft height difference with the water tank, then the pres...

That's hilarious, aries31 and m3_07. I guess soon it would be extended to the breed of pet you can keep based on your site dimension - 20x30 to have only poms, 30x40 may have a dobermann and 40x60 and above would be allowed to keep great dane or saint bernard as their pet!

Re: Borewell pump installation estimate?

Hi,

I got mine done about a week back. The bore depth is 800 ft. and the pump is lowered till 650 ft. I've gone for KSB motor. The total bill came to Rs.72000. This includes everything - pump, pipe, cables, transport and installation.
