I don't see any advertisement and the BMRDA approval status, but people who trying sell their property claims BMRDA approval, The layout looks good...

What happened to Vakil whispering woods?. Even I was planing to buy a pot in Upkar springfields or Vakil whispering woods. I thought Vakil whispering woods better because of the quality. Is there any problem with this layout?
