Any feedback from the people who have used this in the past for a longer period? Since the company claims that the product is zero maintenance was interested in this as compared to traditional water softening units. Is this really effective on hard water and zero maintenance?

You can try in Duo City phase 1 and 2. I have heard from people in my apartment that there are some resale plots available there.

About basement i got to know that parking is not allowed but you can have other things in basement for a 30x40 plot. Thanks for the reply. When I say 3rd room I mean to say the second floor will only have the 10x15 or so of the second room. All the rest of the second floor I plan to construct later.
